Text index is getting changed during the render

The script we gave looks like in the right order in the pro edit section but when we listen to each script we hear a different text. sometimes the next later sometimes completely different order. Sounds and text do not match. 

Now in order to fix this we have to add and delete a letter for each script and re-render the audio first before we render the video.

that is very unpleasant. We have 2 different accounts. One does not have this issue but the other one does.

Please fix this asap
