Caption/Subtitle as standalone

I know your platform has Subtitle within the AI video editor. But this should also be a standalone feature in such a way that I can have a completed video, and all I need is a subtitle; JoggAI should be able to do that for me. 

I want to be able to upload a video with audio, and all I need JoggAI to do is the subtitle of the audio. Please add this feature.
