Avatar from an Image

Most of the platforms today like heygen, runway, kling offers video of an image avatar. 
Rather than generating an image and then adding the motion, can i bring in my own avatar pictures and add motion to it?
that gives the user the flexibility to bring in their own image set which might have designed, or photoshot or get it from other sources like midjourney, leonardo etc.,
