Adding Custom voices to voice library

Let us just upload a custom vocal sequence, who will be added to the available voice library.

Some of us created voices with elevenlabs etc, and for brand coherence purpose we need to keep the same voice on generated videos.

Currently we can only add our own voice and it's limited to our custom avatar only.
