Enhanced Voice Clone and Avatar Management

I propose three key improvements to Jogg AI's voice clone and custom video avatar features. First, decouple voice clones from custom video avatars so users can delete one without affecting the other. Second, introduce a standalone voice clone creation feature, allowing users to generate voice clones independently of avatars. This is especially useful when multiple custom avatars share the same voice clone. Lastly, enable renaming of voice clones after creation, aligning with the flexibility already available for renaming custom avatars. These changes would significantly enhance user experience and flexibility in managing voice and avatar assets.
