I purchased your Tier 2 plan. I'm from Austria and wanted to create a German-speaking avatar. I would rate the animation during the script presentation with 7 out of 10 points. However, the lip sync of the avatar is more than disappointing. Nothing is working properly here. I can't give more than 3 out of 10 points for this. I'm still within my 60-day trial period and am curious to see what will happen in the next two months. HeyGen is still miles ahead of you in this regard... too bad. What's frustrating for me that I don't understand why all the YouTube video reviews have praised the lip sync of instant avatars. Hopefully you all can at least come close to HeyGen...the lip sync is in my opinion the holy grail - a key-feature - to drive the instant avatar!

Currently purchased the top tier plan but not activated. Waiting to see improvements as am using HEYGEN but dont like the 5 min limits there. Hopefully you all can at least come close if not match its standards. Realistic expectations since they have been in market longer. They are even better than synthesia now.

there has to be a way to improve this - currently it is 4/5 at best - I mean 75% to 80% max - once it hits 90% consistently - the adoption will be fast.
